Tankers or containers containing resin oil shall be ventilated during loading, unloading and transportation, and shall be strictly prohibited from collision, dragging and direct exposure to the sun. They shall be kept away from open fire and shall comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department on the transportation of dangerous goods.
